Yeah now the way we do it now is we start with more stretches, and then do vaults, followed by drops and rolls. stuff like that. And we don't drink monster lmao..

well i have some feed back . but this is just my opinion. I think you should watch a few more videos on warm up's you guys went really quick and did not go over some of the crucial warm up's that would really benefit everyone. and some of the vaults were slacking quite a bit they really didn't even look like you had any flow and could really hurt your wrist's. from my experiences of teaching people try to work on jumping, rolling and combos to really get them ready.

i only parkour once in jeans i idk i just feel restricted

I have been doing parkour in jeans for three years and never once had a problem. As long as you find a pair that won't constrict you, (I suggest skating pants.I have a pair of Ryan Shecklers that serve me well lol,) you'll be fine.
Sometimes, when it's hot, they can feel a bit heavy, but nothing can replace the effect of wearing real-life clothes. I mean, what are the chances you'll get chased home from the gym?
Of course, that's just my opinion...
