If you want to be so technical, then 'technically', when someone drops a pencil and walks to grab it a foot away, that's Parkour. Point A to point B.

I think that everyone has a point A and a point B or no one would get anywhere. If you want a name for those who don't train physically and have no sense of their own bodies, the creator of MovNat aptly names them: the zoo humans.
then could there ever possibly be a name for people that aren't like us in way? i guess an example off the top of my head would be that some tribes/cultures around the world have names for "outsiders" so i figure what could be a silly or even legit…
