Since my return to parkour, I have changed my training habits drastically. I aim for soft landings, fluid motions, and linking techniques together, but most importantly I dont stop. When I'm at a jam, it's warm up, and I train, train, and train. To me, this is the only way to drastically improve, by continually pushing yourself, always trying new things.
