It might promote bone health, but it can have serious effects on joints from high impact drops and such. It's interesting though, nice find.

I think that people mostly view parkour in their explosive movements and don't necessarily pay attention to the detail of control and balance. When I go to a jam, I rarely see cat walking and balancing. Personally, I think females are better suited…
