I noticed you commented on one of my groups videos "Johnston Parkour" That one was a little old, so I felt like sending you the newer one lol I hope you like it. And if you have tips or things we could improve on please let me know. I'm always happy to get better. I've gotten to where I am over the coarse of a year now, and I'm happy I've made it this far this fast. if it helps point out who I am, I'm the one who does the wall run, cat to cat, precision, cat, and then vault over the wall and land lol.

Confusing...a Monkey?

This thought just popped into my head literally seconds ago and I felt I should share it. It's more of a question really, but anyway here it is. What would a Monkey's reaction be to a Human mimicking it? And by that I mean by having a Traceur who's bar work is extremely good such as Oleg literally go into a habitat acting exactly as the specie of Monkey would, and mimicking what it was doing.

I have no idea what would happen, but I think it would be an interesting thing to…

Rain is not an excuse.

To not practice. Rain is literally an obstacle for you to overcome, it disables you from doing things that you could normally do on dry land and forces you to practice outside the box. You need to slow down your movements, think smaller, think smarter, focus more, train differently. Rain is not an excuse or a problem, it's a gift to the art. Going back in time, looking at World Famous Traceurs in there earlier years.

I stumbled across this video of Danny a few minutes ago, and was filled with nostalgia.

It's pretty cool to be able to see this Traceur when he was young, and

compare it to who he is in the Parkour and Freerunning world now.

I personally like seeing famous Traceurs when they were younger, it

motivates me to keep training so I can be at their level… Continue

Learned another new trick ^_^

Well I finally picked up a wall-spin today. As usual, it's the easiest thing ever, it's just all in your head when you say you can't do it. Damn sense of reasoning.

I read a quote that said "You teach your body new things everyday" I thought it should say "You teach your mind new things every day". A fit body is perfectly capable of most basic tasks, and even some odds and ends like flips or gymnastics, it's just the brains reasoning that makes you unable to do these things or think… Continue

Well, it's obvious meditation helps you preform better. It keeps you relaxed and in a sound mind set. I would personally like to learn a lot more on meditating. Does anyone have any tips they can share with me on the subject?

How do you meditate, and when do you do it also?

Personally, I meditate right before I start training, as well as when I'm about to do something I'm not entirely sure about to push my boundaries farther ahead. I usually close my eyes, envision what… Continue
