To not practice. Rain is literally an obstacle for you to overcome, it disables you from doing things that you could normally do on dry land and forces you to practice outside the box. You need to slow down your movements, think smaller, think smarter, focus more, train differently. Rain is not an excuse or a problem, it's a gift to the art. Well, it's obvious meditation helps you preform better. It keeps you relaxed and in a sound mind set. I would personally like to learn a lot more on meditating. Does anyone have any tips they can share with me on the subject?
