About Me:
just got out of the military and started parkour in the middle of august 2011 and loving it i started in okinawa, japan with some friends and former gymnasts and learned a lot and hoping to meet new people in the area to train and just have fun learning technique's. some of the moves i can preform , kong , dash vault , cat leap, prince of persia , wall run, front hand springs , rolls, lazy vault, 360 vault, still working on other moves including precision jumping and what not.
Other Physical Disciplines:
not much really just keeping in shape , by biking , swimming and running ,also mostly doing home work outs never really liked gyms all that much.
