So I'm not exactly sure how to use a blog, but I decided to post my daily workouts for swim practice.
Normally, we do about an hour of dryland before going to the pool. Today was our first day, so we had a meeting instead.
We're in a short course pool (25 yards). I didn't make every set, but I was close on most of them.
I think I explained it pretty well. If you don't get it and it bothers you, ask.
