open mat nights every Wednesday at 7:45 PM.
The open gym nights close at 8:45, but we stayed a little later, kind of before 9:00. It was a pretty sick facility, however not…

My first PK adventure
Newly forming group at BC with experienced tracuers who train regularly Tues-Fri and Jam almost every other weekend.
There a jam coming up this Saturday in Chinatown! I'm brand new to parkour as well, and I hear the best way to learn is to dive in!
Hey everyone, I would love to learn what parkour is all about, and what better way than with first hand expirience? I've never tried anything like this before, so I hope you guys can show me the ropes!
