i'm jealous of this girl's training areas and all the support she has at such a young age. i wish i knew about parkour earlier than high school.

Newly forming group at BC with experienced tracuers who train regularly Tues-Fri and Jam almost every other weekend.
at 1:19 it is a front half-twist with a tuck to initiate the rotation which is a technique i've never seen before to control this flip, but daniel makes it look great. I'M IN LOVE WITH THIS VIDEO.... the message is so important for all tracuers to...
looks pretty good.... just work on setting your hands above your head on the approach, punch off your toes and jump up into your rotation but overall looks pretty good, nice work man.
work on the J step approach and you'll get it easy.
