I usually do it in a building (my house) because i skinned by feet on a wood board as a child at its scared mentally more than physically but yes bare foot gives you a much greater feel to what your doing and in my case gives me more fluid motions
personally there should be no difference if it becomes that specific i just go to an object and do a vault. I know the name but i tend to not use them because im to focused on thinking and less on what im actually doing
Its not that no one wants to parkour its the fact we don't want to get with someone and parkour sure i do the usual moves her and there like everyone else but mostly i just use my skills for real life at the moment ( until the spring starts backup...
