- Parkour has played quite a role in shaping my life and the way that I live it. I seek to explore the world in every way possible, and work very hard to further myself as a person throughout everything that I do. I have been training on and off since summer of 2005, and would like to think I've accomplished quite a lot since then.

Awesome pic as always
Definitely some cool/big stuff in there, but I found the little parkour there was to be downright bad. Lots of hesitation in almost every mutli-move combination, noticeably sloppy pop-vaults, and extremely poor regular vaults.

Good luck with everything in SanFran! Thanks for all the tips. It's too bad we didn't get to train this year with me being on the mend, but maybe I'll catch up with you on the west coast.
I'm so sad that you're leaving! But I'm sure many wonderful opportunities, parkour and otherwise, await in San Francisco. Good luck out there!
Everyone's leaving CT. I don't blame you, it's pretty boring here. If I moved somewhere, It'd probably be California or somewhere in the UK.

The Countdown Begins
Hey folks,
This is my official announcement that I'll be moving to San Francisco on December 8th. Even though I've only been jamming with many of you for a few months, I've really enjoyed seeing all the progress that's been made! I'd love to train with any of you before I head out, so please don't hesitate to contact me and we'll find some time. I'll probably do one more official jam, but outside of that there is plenty of room to fit other sessions in.
