Picnic tables are where I started with dash vaults. The short way. You should try that. When you get fluent with all that stuff, or even now, you can start tic-tacs, wall runs, and anything else.

About Me:
I am a begginner at parkour and would really like to improve. Also i need help finding good areas to train. I am still in High School and I am the strongest person in my school in every free weight lift.
Other Physical Disciplines:
I play football and do track. For my size (215lbs) I am considered decently fast (12.0s100m Dash). I have a 2ft vertical reach and about a 8 1/2 foot standing broad jump.
