Well, I do parkour to keep myself sane. I've found it helps me deal with life, if this makes any sense. Sometimes I feel so confined in my academics or family life that I need to take time and release the stresses. With each new move I learn, I feel…

A lot of people have different types of music that pump them up. My personal favorite is some ska music. People say it's been overdone on skate videos, but you know what? Nothing gets me peppy and in the mood to move more than up-strum guitar and a…

I like listening to Rise Against or some Linkin Park songs. I find that I get wicked pumped from Bleed it Out by Linkin Park. Sometimes the Beastie Boys or Rage Against the Machine will pump me up too, it depends on my mood.

Parkour Jam and school =)

Hey... so today was decent. Today the boarding students at my school returned and my friend, who is a traceur and I finally got to get together with our other friend to whom we introduced pk. It was so awesome to finally jam again... my traceur friend helped me tweak some of my vaulting techniques and I worked on some climb ups and stuff... it was spiffy. Not much to report, really, but I guess I'm just happy to have other pk people around... even if they totally show me up in front of my friend… Continue

Monkeying Around, Neighbors, and...Hot Dates?? XD

Once again, I feel the need to talk about my life and stuff. Woo Hoo. *waves tiny flag*

Anyway, I felt like saying I was proud of myself for taking my danger level up a notch in my training. Lately, I've just been working on jumps and low vaults with very minimal probabilty of anything going wrong. However, after waking up this morning and listening to Rise Against's "Siren Song of the Counter Culture" album, that sense of adventure kicked into me and even after a handful of oily salt and vineg… Continue

Luckily, I've been able to remain friends with this traceur and he got me started on doing parkour. So, I started parkour in March-ish, being careful of snow and ice of course.
By the beginning of my summer vaca… Continue

Haha yeah i could make the trip up at some point definitely. I'll probably be going to various places to visit my friends at different colleges anyway.

Yeah i love Boston, i can't wait to get into the PK scene here. You should come down here! haha-- I've been going tunneling lately too which is pretty cool. completely different kind of exciting. there's also old abandoned buildings that just beg to be explored/climbed all over
