I did one of my first conditioning/training sessions today it was awesome. First, I started in the gym doing my basic exercises that i do everyday...then I went to the park and played on the adult jungle gym. I got such a good workout. Did some climbing, jumping, and just fooled around, it felt great. :)

Hey Elijah I would honestly be up for whatever but it depends on which days you plan on having the conditioning. With my history class done (FINALLY!), I should be free all day regularly on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursday and Friday Mornings/Early Afternoons, and possibly Sundays. Unfortunately I have work on Saturdays..

Ok, my surgery and ankle have healed enough for the conditioning even if not enough for parkour yet. Should I post a conditioning event or should I wait until after NEPK 09?

i personally think saturdays are best and start around 11-12ish and end around 2-3 ish

Won't need any money other than what it costs you to get there. Let me know what days/times work best for you so I can accomodate as many people as possible
