Hey. I just started training in parkour recently and was wondering what I should work on first and such. I am pretty comfortable with my roll. I can kong over walls about mid stomach height. I can turn vault over fences a little over waist height. I am still getting used to lazy and speed vaults and I havent even attepted a dash. I haven't found a good place to practice cap jumps or precisions, but I can standing broad jump over 8 feet without killing myself trying. I need help on just where to go from here. Also, if anyone is near the town Melrose, we could practice somewhere sometime.

Picnic tables are where I started with dash vaults. The short way. You should try that. When you get fluent with all that stuff, or even now, you can start tic-tacs, wall runs, and anything else.

I have tried to do short wall runs but my main problem is grip on the wall. Also, unfortunatly, I have yet to find a place where a tic-tac would be useful or logical. I guess I just need to get myself to one of these events posted on here and get critiqued on my form and stuff.
