Yes! Downtown Dover has a little amphitheater that I I've had a lot of fun at. I never bothered much for street names down there, but I'm pretty sure its around the corner of Washington St and Henry Law Ave.

It's been a while since I've been there since I go to school up in Plymouth, but I bet downtown Portsmouth has some good spots. I'd be willing to meet up with anyone that wants to jam and hang out there, I live ten minutes out.
